Return Policy

General Condition Original shipping charges are not refundable.

All return products require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Irwin-tech Corp. Unauthorized return products will be rejected.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and risk of loss on return to Irwin-tech Corp. Irwin-tech Corp recommends using a reputable shipping carrier that is capable of delivering proof of delivery and insuring your return shipments.

If the product is defective within the warranty period, Irwin-tech Corp. will either repair or replace the item at its option. Irwin-tech Corp. reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product if the original model is no longer available.

RMA number is valid for 15 days after the date of issue. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise within that period. No returns will be accepted or 20% restocking fee will be charged if the return shipment is received after the 15 day period.

Irwin-tech Corp. will ship items at no cost to the customer on defective/replacement items via UPS GroundTrac or its equivalent. We will charge the difference on all shipping upgrades.

All return products will be tested by Irwin-tech Corp. technicians to verify the problem. If found to be non-defective, the item in question may be shipped back to the customer at his/her cost and the customer may be assessed a diagnostic fee ($60/Hr).

The warranty will be voided by neglect, abuse/misuse, overclocking and/or physical damage and no refund or credit will be given.

Retail Package Products

All Retail Package Products* that are in original factory-sealed packaging can be refunded or exchanged within 5 business days starting from the date of shipment arrival. Customers are entitled to a 100% refund for goods purchased. Customer may request for a company credit refund within 30 days. However, customers will be assessed a 20% restocking fee under certain situations. Customers can use the company credit for future purchases only and absolutely no refunds will be given for purchases over 30 days.

All opened box retail package products* cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

OEM/Bulk Package Products

All OEM/ bulk package products* can be refunded or exchanged within 5 business days, starting on the date of shipment arrival. The customer is entitled to a 100% refund of goods purchased. All sealed packages such as hard drives and controllers must remain unopened or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

Customers may request a company credit refund within 30 days which will entail a 20% restocking fee. The customer can use the company credit for future purchases only and absolutely no refunds will be given 30 days after initial purchase.

Software

Software that is in its original factory-sealed packaging can be refunded or exchanged within 5 business days starting on the date of shipment arrival. Customers may request for a company credit refund within 30 days which will be assessed for a 20% restocking fee. Customers can use the company for future purchases only and absolutely no refunds will be given 30 days after initial purchase.

Any and all opened box software cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Warranty

All retail package products come with a 30 day warranty through Irwin-tech Corp. After the 30 day warranty, all returns and replacements must go though the original manufacturer.

OEM/Bulk Package Products

All OEM/bulk package products (except for CPU and Memory) have at least one year limited warranty including parts and labor through Irwin-tech Corp. After the one year warranty through Irwin-tech Corp., only the manufacturer warranty applies.

CPU comes with 15 day limited warranty, except when the CPU is burnt out and then the warranty is voided. (see product specification for more detail). Memory comes with a lifetime warranty.

Software

Software comes with a 30 day warranty through Irwin-tech Corp. After the initial 30 day warranty period all returns and replacements must be made directly with the manufacturer.

Pricing and Specification

All published prices, specifications, services and policies are subject to change without prior notification. Irwin-tech Corp. is not responsible for manufacturer price changes and typographical errors.

Other

All refused shipment will be subject to shipping and handling charges. All returned checks will be charged $20.00 fine. Assembly charges are not refundable.
