Payments

1)      Online Orders:

All orders placed on our website should be online orders only (no Will Call). We only accept credit card money orders or cashier checks. The order is shipped on the same day payment is received. For personal checks, there is a five-day delay for processing and clearance. If billing addresses and shipping address are different there may be a delay or even cancellation in order processing due to credit verification. We suggest to our customers to call the bank to authorize the shipping address prior to placing the order if the order is to be shipped to a location different from the billing address. We also need the customer to provide us with the bank phone number in order for our representatives to verify the authenticity of the customer’s account.

A $25 minimum fee shall be charged for all returned checks.

No COD online will be accepted.

Irwin-tech Corp. charges 14% tax on all purchases that are to be shipped to the addresses located in British Columbia and 7% tax for all addresses located outside British Columbia.

For first nations, we need customers to pay GST to us. The customer needs to make his/her claim from the government individually.

If your are a reseller wit ha shipping address in British Columbia and wants to be exempted from this PST we need you to provide copies of all the legal documents concerning PST. No # nor businesses licenses.

2)      Will Call:

For all Will Call orders please contact our call center prior to pickup. We accept cash, money order and cashier check. Personal check is not acceptable. Credit card payments require 4% handling fee.
